    本設(shè)備采用離心式滑動溝槽轉(zhuǎn)子，是目前國外最新結(jié)構(gòu)蒸發(fā)器，在流量很小的情況下也能形成薄膜，在筒體蒸發(fā)段內(nèi)壁表面附著處理液中的淤積物可被活動刮板迅速移去，和固定間隙的刮板蒸發(fā)器相比，蒸發(fā)量可提高40%-69%，它具有下列性能與特點：

l 傳熱系數(shù)值高，蒸發(fā)能力大，蒸發(fā)強度可達(dá)到200kg/m2hr，熱效率高。

l 物料加熱時間短，約5秒至10秒之間，且在真空條件下工作對熱敏性物料更為有利，保持各種成分不產(chǎn)生任何分解，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

l 適應(yīng)粘度變化范圍廣，高低粘度物均可以處理，物料粘度可高達(dá)10萬厘泊(CP)。

l 改變刮板溝槽旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，可以調(diào)節(jié)物料在蒸發(fā)器的打理時間。

l 蒸發(fā)段筒內(nèi)壁經(jīng)過精密鏜削并拋光處理，表面不易產(chǎn)生結(jié)焦、結(jié)垢。

l 操作方便，產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)調(diào)節(jié)容易，在密閉條件下，可以自控進行連續(xù)性生產(chǎn)。

l 設(shè)備占地面積小，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，維修方便，清洗容易。

The equipment adopts centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which is the latest evaporator in foreign countries. It can also form a film when the flow is very small.    在熱交換工程中，刮板式薄膜蒸發(fā)器得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。尤其對熱敏性物料（時間短暫）的熱交換，刮板薄膜蒸發(fā)器有利于熱交換的進行，并通過不同的刮膜器設(shè)計，能進行復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的蒸餾。
